We’ve had the honor of working over 11 weddings year to date. Heres a destination wedding!
The first couple we chat about, Mr & Mrs Carswell met while Jasmine was visiting her dad golfing! She hit it off with Brandon and before you knew it wedding bells were ringing. They met in Ohio and decided on a destination wedding back home where Jasmin was originally from in Jacksonville, FL.
This wedding was absolutely beautiful, the family traveled from all over the states to be here for their union. The had a venue, planner, dj, and did much of the planning themselves with the exception of the day of. This is quite impressive for a destination wedding but not entirely difficult. This is the main reason I chose to highlight this wedding. I was in awe of the details that were imbedded in their union given that they planned it from afar.
The bride and groom werent the only ones with great details from afar, The Father of the Bride had a surprise that caused everyone to tear up, he wrote their father daughter dance and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It was absolutely moving in the best of ways.
One of the things that stood out the most to me from this beautiful Jacksonville Wedding was actually that it was in Clay county, the wedding took place at the Clay Theatre in Green Cove Springs. A beautiful historic building with a wonderful multi space venue.
Wedding details included hues of silver and blue, a custom made newspaper with details of their relationship timeline and wedding timeline, a photo booth rental (yes thats us! ) a great DJ, and wonderful caterers and photographers.
They emailed us through our websites book now page and we started chatting, and this is my favorite part, emailing back and forth getting to know the family, the event, and being able to build the designs that they will use is all my favorite. When the time comes to finally meet them at their wedding, it feels like hugging family, I give them a hug, congratulate them, wish them blessings.
